Ok, so you decide that you’ll take the plunge. You’re going to lose that weight by going on a well-proven diet along with exercise and good nutrition. You do everything right. You start out just like the book told you to and you begin your daily diet exercise routine and follow both religiously. In addition, you’ve purchased a book that gives you great recipes that fit perfectly in your diet plan. You work diligently for weeks upon weeks, exercising and dieting just as the hot diet plan instructs you. But you lose very little weight.
After 6 weeks of insufferable dieting, your gut is still a bit bloated looking, you’ve lost maybe 3 pounds and you’re not feeling that great. Does this sound familiar? You’ve got a hot diet but the results are leaving you cold. This is very discouraging and certainly dampens the spirit. Maybe it’s not the diet or the plan that’s the problem.
