Combo Slim Diet Plan - Healthy Eating Meal Plans and Workout CombinationI bet by now you have heard it all! Drop 10 lb’s in a week, drop 30 lb’s in 30 days and so on. Basically you have been thrown bunch of attractive ads in front of your face, and the worst is, while some will help you lose the weight, there is a really good chance, you will gain it all back (possibly with few extra pounds). Shocked? Actually that is not the worst part, the worst part is that those diet plans can hurt your health and that is something you really do not want to do. As you, I’ve pretty much have tried almost every diet out there. Some have worked, BUT if I did manage to lose those extra pounds, eventually – faster then I expected, they came back to me. I mean who wants to work really hard, suffer long and then all the pounds climb back up. For me, as for many other people, this was very, very frustrating. You see, I needed a plan that I could easily add into my daily routine, I needed healthy weight loss plan, and I wanted to steadily drop the weight. That is exactly what Combo Slim Diet Plan is! No, I am not going to put some lame picture here that could have been edited in photoshop, I will tell you how it all went for me. I use to be size 4-6 (depending on the stretch material LOL) and I have to say I felt great. Recently married, no kids yet, and I was in the best shape ever. Well that was until I did have those two kids. I love them dearly, but boy having them did change my life dramatically – overall I was overwhelmed with happiness, but the downside was – I had zero time for myself. Dealing with 2 year old and a newborn keeps you busy, but not "getting in shape busy". Now, I was not one of those women who lost all those extra pregnancy pounds over night, actually after I dropped the initial 20 (gained 40lb with each of my pregnancies) my weight loss came to halt. It was not moving at all. So with my first I had around 18 lb’s on me and same with my second, which totals approx. 36 more then what I had. Well that is almost double me! From size 4-6 I went to size 10-12!

So now you can imagine how I felt. I wanted to make changes fast, and of course, as you, I’ve looked at all those "overnight" solutions. But that is not the worst part! It was worse that I would succeed in losing that extra weight, and less then 30 days, I would gain it all back. That was somehow worse then being size 10-12.
